Support Gamelan Tunas Mekar

Gamelan Tunas Mekar is a nonprofit, all-volunteer, community organization that seeks to learn, experience, and perform the cultural traditions and arts of Bali, Indonesia, and offer community engagement through education. This coming year, we are excited to continue developing and presenting projects that are rooted in community outreach, collaboration, and artistic expression including:

• Balinese arts & culture education and outreach across the Front Range
• Learning and presenting the Ramayana Ballet
• Learning new repertoire and choreography
• Continuing to support our community partners at free festivals and events across the Denver Metro region

Gamelan Tunas Mekar needs your help and support! All money fundraised this November and December 2025 will go towards general operations costs including transportation of instruments and members, collaborative projects with other local Southeast Asian cultural groups, and paying our resident artists for the time they put into teaching and leading us in these traditions.
