One in seven Coloradans struggle with hunger. This year, Colorado Farm to Table donated 68,000 pounds of nourishing produce to individuals in Chaffee County and across Colorado. St. George Episcopal Church in Leadville is one of our wonderful partners who shares our produce in their food pantry and community meals.
