Places to Age - Matching Funds Campaign

April 30, 2025 - Places to Age is excited to announce a matching funds campaign to support preconstruction and infrastructure planning for an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Chaffee County.

Thanks to the generous support of anonymous donors, every dollar donated by July 27, 2025, will be matched — dollar-for-dollar, up to $35,000! This is a unique opportunity to double your contribution while helping build a strong future for seniors in Chaffee County.

A Future Home for Our Local Seniors with Needed Services and Support

This matching campaign will help fund the preconstruction work needed for the 10 acres of land located between CR 120 and CR 140 in Salida. This funding is one of many important steps: throughout 2025, the organization will work to raise $200,000 for preconstruction and infrastructure.
