Shelby's Fundraiser for Chinook Fund

Hi friends! If you've talked to me about my work recently, you know I love my job. It is an honor to show up at work and know that work is directly supporting organizations fighting for liberation. At a time when many of us are feeling overwhelmed and afraid, Chinook Fund and our grantees offer a space to channel those emotions into lasting change. 

Chinook Fund is committed to funding groups working on a wide range of social change issues, including racial, economic, disability, immigrant, and LGBTQ+ justice, because these issues demand action. We have provided grants to 69 organizations over the past year, including: 

• Shut Down GEO: Part of a network of campaigns across the country of people fighting to close down detention centers that house immigrants, including the ICE facility in Aurora. 
• Drivers Cooperative-Colorado: A driver-owned rideshare! No billionaires, no corporate bosses—just local drivers building a better way to ride. Every trip keeps wealth in our communities while giving riders reliable service and drivers fair pay. 
• Harvest of All First Nations: Based in Boulder, HANF is focused on Indigenous-led reparations, rematriation, and Earth-based decolonization for the benefit of BIPOC+ communities for cultural education and health equity.

This is my invitation to you to join me in investing in lasting changes. I am personally making a year-end gift of $200, in addition to a recurring monthly gift.
