Rashad "Rumble" Hunter Memorial Scholarship

Cigar Lordz Community Outreach of Aurora is honored to establish this scholarship in memory of Rashad "Rumble" Hunter as a lasting tribute to his extraordinary life and legacy. Rumble was a dedicated individual whose impact on our community will forever be remembered. Rumble was a native Coloradan who embodied the spirit of selflessness and community service. Born in Denver and raised in the Montbello area, his commitment to others began early in life as he demonstrated dependability with his siblings and kindness to his classmates.

Rashad's leadership qualities were not confined to the academic setting; they flourished on the football, basketball and baseball fields. His athletic prowess was matched only by his ability to be a team player and mentor to his peers. These qualities seamlessly transitioned into his professional life, where he quickly became one of the youngest Supervisors in his company's history. However, Rumble's true legacy lies in his tireless efforts to give back to his community. He was a driving force behind the Cigar Lordz Community Outreach organization, where his passion for community service shown through initiatives like backpack drives, Thanksgiving giveaways, and Christmas events; all aimed at supporting those in need.
