WELCOME to the RMHAM 2024 FunDrive!

Where every donation counts towards upgrading our vital communication infrastructure!

Site Leases

This year, RMHAM is taking on the responsibility of covering the lease cost for the critical Squaw Mountain site, ensuring uninterrupted service for our microwave hub and repeater location.

Site Expenses - Repeaters and Network

We're investing in purchasing UHF antennas for DMR sites, DC power control equipment,  a Motorola DMR voting receiver, and improving battery backup power on Thorodin and Squaw Mountains.

Deployable Communication Platforms

With your support, we'll continue outfitting the QRV2 van and begin upfitting the QRV3, QRV4, and EJ1 vans to enhance regional communication capabilities. Additionally, we aim to purchase bank chargers for our twelve Motorola XPR7550 cache radios.

New Technology - Remote Radio Stations

Help us acquire radio parts and accessories for remote HF and VHF stations, ensuring reliable communication even in the most remote areas.

RM Ham Repeater Upgrades

Our network, which has been operational since October 2007, requires maintenance and upgrades. With your generosity, we'll replace aging repeaters in Breckenridge, Mosquito, and Vail with newer models, enhancing reliability and reducing service trips.

Thanks to a matching offer from three generous corporate sponsorships, your donation will be matched dollar for dollar (up to $15,000) to reach our goal of $30,000 for these upgrades.

Join us in advancing Rocky Mountain Ham Radio's capabilities and ensuring reliable communication for all who depend on our network. Your tax-deductible donation will make a tangible difference in our community. Let's keep the conversation going!

73, and Thanks!
