In July of 2024, a group of Iliff students and alumni/ae, led by Rev. Dr. Amanda Henderson and Dr. Kristina Lizardy-Hajbi, spent two weeks in rural Colorado, learning about the challenges faced by local officials as they seek to build inclusive spaces and support the LGBTQ+ youth in their areas.
We're inviting you to join us on our journey as we work to make all spaces safe for LGBTQ+ youth. From school board meetings to religious organizations, the fight for LGBTQ+ inclusion is more urgent than ever.
The Institute for Religion, Politics, and Culture is leading the way, working with local communities to create a more welcoming and equitable future. Together, we can create a world where everyone feels valued and respected, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
