Palisade HS Girls Soccer Play For May Supports CEC

The Palisade High School Girls Soccer program is proud to support our community through its Play for May Initiative, a fundraising effort benefiting the Counseling & Education Center (CEC). Our mission is to increase both awareness and access to behavioral health services for local adolescents—ensuring more young people can receive the support they need. Mental health affects not only students, but families and our community as a whole, and access to care should be within reach for everyone. With your support, we can create lasting impact. 

At the conclusion of our spring season and in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, we will present the funds raised to CEC to help expand resources and strengthen support for youth in our community.

The Counseling & Education Center is a non-profit organization celebrating more than 40 years of providing accessible mental health counseling to Mesa County residents of all ages, from children as young as 3 to adults and families. With no eligibility requirements and sliding scale fees available for uninsured or underinsured clients, CEC ensures that everyone who needs healing can access quality care regardless of their financial situation.
