Alumni Investing in Future Educators
Every year, aspiring educators choose the PEBC Teacher Residency because they believe every student deserves a worthy educator. But unexpected expenses—such as a car repair, medical bill, childcare, housing cost, or licensure fee—can create financial barriers during their residency year.
The PEBC Alumni Legacy Fund helps bridge that gap.
Created by and for the PEBC community, the fund gives alumni an opportunity to invest in the next generation of educators and help ensure that an unexpected financial hardship doesn't stand between a promising resident and their future classroom.
During the 2026–27 academic year, funds will provide emergency financial assistance to Teacher Residents based on demonstrated need and available funds. As the fund grows, PEBC hopes to expand support to include scholarships and other financial assistance for future educators.
