As a member of FoCo Cafe's Board of Directors, I'm participating in a special Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Challenge because I believe deeply in FoCo Cafe's mission and the incredible impact we're making in our Fort Collins community.

As a board member, I've witnessed firsthand how FoCo Cafe is transforming lives through our Meal Exchange program. In 2024, we served over 9,000 meals to community members experiencing food insecurity - a 256% increase from the previous year! But we're doing so much more than just feeding people. We're creating a space where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to their community.

What makes FoCo Cafe special:

• We operate on a "pay-what-you-can" model where no one is turned away!
• Our Meal Exchange program allows people to volunteer for 30 minutes or less in exchange for a nutritious, locally-sourced meal!
• We've eliminated barriers that often prevent people from accessing food assistance - no income verification, no documentation required, no minimum donations!
• We create genuine community connections between people from all walks of life!

While we've dramatically increased our impact, we've also seen our lunch service revenue decrease as we've focused on serving those most in need. Your donation helps us maintain this vital service while we work to build sustainable long-term funding.
