The Efshar Project elevates and empowers early childhood education professionals by providing access to coaching, training, network resources and advocacy to secure the future of early childhood education in Jewish life. 

We work on behalf of over 1,000 children and hundreds of educators to strengthen the future of our Jewish early childhood education centers as a gateway into Jewish life in Colorado.  By investing in innovative, scalable solutions coupled with research-based high quality training, coaching, and resources, The Efshar Project addresses the challenges facing the future of early childhood education. We seek to ensure that exemplary and affordable Jewish early childhood education experiences are available to any family with young children seeking Jewish community and high quality education. The Efshar Project is a Project of the Colorado Non Profit Development Center (CNDC).
