The health of our community depends on attracting and retaining the most talented and well-trained health care professionals to Lake County.
To support the professional education of our health care workers, the Leadville Community Health Foundation has created a scholarship fund to support two important groups of people seeking education in health-related fields.
1. Staff Development Fund for Employees of St. Vincent Health
We are fortunate to have a state-of-the-art hospital in Leadville. However, health care is about the people who care for us. The Leadville Community Health Foundation is proud to support our health care workers as they pursue advanced education and certifications. Their enhanced knowledge will not only advance their careers, but will improve health outcomes for all residents of Lake County.
2. Lake County High School Graduates
The Leadville Community Health Foundation is proud to support graduates of Lake County High School as they pursue post graduate education in nursing, medical technology, and other care-related professions. Our investments in the future of health care will benefit not only our local community, but our state and our country.
