Colorado Gives!

Broken Shovels Farm Sanctuary , a non-profit 501 c(3) organization located in Henderson, Colorado, just 20 minutes northeast of Denver, is dedicated to offering abused, neglected, and unwanted farm animals a safe sanctuary. Here, animals are treated as friends, and no one is viewed as food or disposable. Our mission is to cultivate compassion through action, rescue, education, and community involvement, thereby transforming the lives of both animals and people.
