Make Classroom Magic Happen with Kelly (25)

Hi Friends,

Thanks for stopping by my Colorado Gives Day page. As you know, I love supporting our schools and the incredible people inside them. This year, I’m asking you to help LPS  educators through the LPS Foundation's Grants to Educators program.

This fall, our teachers submitted 118 grant requests totaling $231,000—the most we’ve ever received. And these ideas are amazing:

• A STEM woods project where kids build dog and bird houses with their own hands ($1,000)

• Warm winter clothing for students who just need a little extra support ($1,500)

• Math games that turn “I don’t get it” into “Let’s play again!” ($375)

• A community garden to fight food insecurity ($5,000)

• Leadership programs that connect older and younger students ($1,000)

…the list goes on and on.

The LPS Foundation wants to say "yes" to as many grants as possible, but we need your help to make that a reality. If you are in a position to make a donation this year, I would really appreciate it. All donations - big or small- will make a difference for our teachers and students.
