Help Katie Level the Playing Field for Kids (2025)

Hello! I’m Katie Peshek, a parent of two students in Littleton Public Schools and Board President of the LPS Foundation. LPSF raises critical funds that help every student discover their own unique path to success.

This year, I’m fundraising to support students who need financial help with fees for after-school activities, clubs, and sports. My own kids have grown so much through theater, student council, and intramural sports. But we know that for many families, program fees - typically ranging from $25 to over $100 per activity - can be a real barrier. 

School administrators often stretch their already limited budgets to make sure every student can participate. These activities are more than fun; they teach lifelong skills, support mental and physical health, and help kids feel connected and proud of their school.

Last year, I raised money for this same cause, and school leaders told us it made a huge impact! But the need is still there, and we’re just getting started.

Every dollar raised through this campaign will go directly to LPS middle and high schools to cover extracurricular fees for families needing financial support.
