I’m proud to be a Heritage Champion — and here’s why. 

Our stories, traditions, and shared heritage are the roots that ground us. They remind us who we are, where we come from, and how we’re connected to each other and this place we call home. Colorado Humanities protects these roots through living history festivals, community storytelling, educational archives, and programs that celebrate the richness of our state’s past and the voices that shaped it. But these programs are now at risk. With all federal funding cut, this vital work needs community support to continue. I’ve joined the Heritage Champions team to help raise $7,500 to keep Colorado’s cultural legacy alive. My personal goal is to raise $50 — a small but powerful contribution toward preserving the stories and traditions that help us stand strong in a changing world.
