Forgotten Felines Rescue (FFR) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of homeless cats and kittens in the Denver metro area. Forgotten Felines Rescue is 100% volunteer-based. Our expenses are for supplies and equipment for the care of cats. For example, often a rescued cat, whether one trapped for TNR or tame, has endured injuries from fighting with other cats or encounters with heartless humans, and its injuries are treated. We depend on contributions from caring people and fund-raising activities to pay for these services.

The kittens featured here are two rescues. They were found in late 2022 with their siblings, alone, filthy and very ill. Luckily, one of our dedicated volunteers found and rescued them, bottle feeding them every three hours until they were old enough to eat solid food. But love wasn't going to be enough to keep these sisters thriving; both kittens had several medical issues and both eventually needed surgery, one for a diseased eye and the other for a persistent aortic arch that was constricting her esophogus. Without the work of Forgotten Felines, these sweet girls would not have survived as feral cats, but they are now in a loving home and have full, long lives ahead of them.
