Indivisible CO7 Food Drive

SNAP benefit disbursement may be delayed or cut starting November 1 if federal funding is not restored. Food banks and pantries cannot fully absorb the gap if SNAP is delayed—one summary: “For every meal a food bank provides, SNAP provides nine."

Indivisible Colorado and Indivisible CO7 are proud to partner with Colorado Gives and the Food Bank of the Rockies to support the 600,000 Coloradans that are at risk of losing their SNAP benefits on November 1. 

Food Bank of the Rockies distributes enough food for upwards of 185,000 meals every day. But for community members in need, they provide more than just food. They offer hope and open up a future. Because when you can’t provide for your family today, it’s hard to even think about tomorrow.
