Stronger Together: Advancing Marginalized Communities Through Certification and Collaboration

At Maxx Impact Academy, we believe in the power of collaboration and education to transform lives and communities. Our "Stronger Together" campaign is focused on advancing economic opportunities for historically underutilized businesses (HUBs) and marginalized communities in the built environment.  Industries such as construction, transportation, data centers, aviation and more are seeking to diversify their workforce and enhance their supplier diversity.  Through strategic partnerships, cutting-edge training programs, and industry-recognized certifications, we equip individuals and companies with the tools they need to succeed in securing opportunities within the local, federal, and private sectors

Our focus is on two-prong: Talent Development and Small Business Education and Capacity Building.

Addressing the nation’s labor shortage is a big challenge, requiring a concerted effort to help find, train, and employ and retain talent. In industries, such as infrastructure, the issue is compounded by the lack of diversity that is aware of, exposed and prepared for opportunities to earn a livable wage and develop professionally – especially without a college degree. Our program specializes in the recruitment, training, and development of talent that is often underrepresented in these fields.
