The City of Wheat Ridge Homeless Navigator assists those experiencing a housing crisis to find stable housing and to obtain the services and resources needed to maintain that housing. Funds are used to provide basic need items (socks, snacks, water, etc.) for outreach efforts, supply transportation and motel vouchers, purchase vital documents (driver's license, birth certificate, etc.) and submit housing deposits.
