Golden Triangle Creative District

The Golden Triangle Creative District (GTCD) is a vibrant cultural and international hub at the heart of Denver, where creativity, diversity, and local business thrive. In June 2016, the Golden Triangle received its official designation as a Colorado Creative District and is a Partner Project of Colorado Nonprofit Development Center, a nonprofit charity exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This Creative District designation advances the Golden Triangle as an internationally celebrated arts and culture destination by encouraging urban revitalization, economic development, and support for community creatives. GTCD is the official Registered Neighborhood Organization (RNO) with the city of Denver (visitdenver.org).

As we prepare to celebrate our 10th Anniversary, we’re excited to launch a series of new initiatives, including a signature Music Series and dozens of GTCD-sponsored events designed to activate our community and showcase the incredible talent and businesses that make this area unique. We need your support to continue enriching the cultural fabric of Denver, strengthen our local businesses, and create meaningful experiences for everyone who calls the Golden Triangle home, office or is just here for the day. Join us this CO Gives Day to help fuel these exciting new projects and ensure that the Golden Triangle remains a dynamic, inclusive place for all to experience, celebrate, and connect.

In addition to these initiatives, we’re bringing even more beauty and creativity to the Golden Triangle. Have you seen the 30 new wayfinding light pole flags that will guide visitors through the district? This year we launched our annual ART Poster collaboration and fundraiser with The Clyfford Still Museum, which showcases local artists and supports GTCD programming. We’re also unveiled a new Online Art Map to help visitors explore and appreciate the district’s rich artistic offerings. Plus, the 2026 Art Boxes program will bring even more vibrancy to our neighborhood by wrapping key electrical boxes in public art that will double as landmarks on the Art Map—encouraging the millions of visitors we host each year to walk, discover, and connect with our community. Together, these projects will help make the Golden Triangle a true destination, full of culture, color, and creativity.
