Families Plus (FP) of Delta County Colorado strives to create a healthier Delta County by providing our unique Wraparound Services to the most vulnerable at-risk-youth and their families. Our mission is to support children with an opportunity to become healthy, self-sufficient and resilient adults. FP has provided necessary mental health and family support services for over twenty-three years. With the support of the community, we are able to help hundreds of children each year.
