Hello Friends and Family!
This is a passion of mine and Dave's. I have been a trustee since 2015, serving as treasurer and CWEF's president as of June 2022. We have met many of the women that CWEF has awarded with scholarships. They were selected from applicants all over the state using a process developed to prioritize financial need, community involvement, and potential career advancement.
CWEF is the only organization offering scholarship awards to high-achieving Colorado women over 25 years of age, working for economic self-sufficiency through education. Founded by Business and Professional Women's Clubs (BPW of Colorado) over 45 years ago, CWEF has provided nearly 700 scholarships to women totaling almost $750,000.
Please help us reach our 2023 goal of inspiring over 250 donors to give a total of $70,000 this year. Thanks to the over $1 Million Incentive Fund from Community First Foundation, FirstBank, and other sponsors, your donation by December 5, 2023, goes further on Colorado Gives Day.
