For 45 years, Inside the Orchestra has opened the world of music to children, bringing the magic of orchestral music directly into the lives of young people in our community. With every performance, we see the wonder in their eyes and the thrill as they hear and experience music up close. 

We invite you to help us continue this mission—to bring music to more children and to create a space where every child can find their place in music.

As we celebrate our history, we look back on the incredible journey that brought us here. From our founding by visionary leaders and passionate volunteers to the musicians and performers who have dedicated their hearts and talent over the decades, Inside the Orchestra has become a community in every sense. We’re honored to celebrate our long legacy, a legacy that you, too, can help sustain and grow.
