Caitlin Tyra Brady was, without exception, the most generous young lady you could ever meet. Living with a spinal cord injury from the age of seven, Caitlin faced daily challenges with incredible bravery—but her focus was rarely on herself. Instead, she chose to pay it forward almost every single day of her life.

Whether sharing a warm smile, offering encouragement to a friend in need, or advocating for accessibility, Caitlin believed deeply in lifting others up. Alongside her beloved service dogs, Badger and Talia, who stood by her side through hospital stays, school, and college, Caitlin experienced firsthand the transformational power, dignity, and independence that a canine partner brings.

Tragically, Caitlin passed away in 2017 at just 18 years old. But her dream didn't end there—it grew into Domino Service Dogs.

Caitlin’s Dream: No One Left Behind

Caitlin dreamed of a service dog organization created for people with disabilities, by people with disabilities. Above all, she insisted that no person should ever be turned away from obtaining a life-saving service dog simply because they couldn't afford one.

Traditional service dog placement costs upward of $25,000 to $35,000—an insurmountable financial wall for many Coloradans living on fixed incomes or disability support. The Caitlin Tyra Brady Training Fund was created to tear down that wall.
