Scholarship recipients are selected from Owl Club of Denver Debutante Cotillion participants. Amounts awarded are based on achievements, need, or both.
The Scholarship Fund is a Prosperity Denver Fund Supported Organization dedicated to providing postsecondary educational assistance with qualified students from low-income households within Denver County.
