Welton Street Cafe is a long standing, anchor small business serving the heart of Denver's Five Points Community. The cafe is completing a building renovation project at a new location to ultimately have newer, more functional space. The cafe came to CEF to finance a portion of their renovation costs. Donations will be used to lower financing and renovation costs so the business can continue to thrive and serve the neighborhood as an employer and community hub.
