Take a Stand Against Violence

In Grand County, survivors of domestic and sexual violence face unimaginable challenges. Advocates for a Violence-Free Community, also known as the Grand County Advocates, provide life-saving services, including a 24-hour crisis line, a physical county safe house, and one-on-one advocacy for survivors.

But the work doesn't stop there. They also provide community outreach, youth education, and prevention programs designed to break the cycle of violence and build a culture of safety, respect, and consent.

This Colorado Gives Day, I'm raising funds to support both sides of this mission: direct services for survivors in crisis, and proactive education that helps prevent violence before it happens.
