Every Kid Deserves Someone Who Shows Up

For kids living in hard places, Monday mornings often mean starting the day hungry, without enough nutritious food. They may not have clean or weather-appropriate clothes. Quality education isn’t guaranteed, and even the walk to the bus stop can be dangerous, with the threat of violence or drugs along the way. With challenges like these every day, how can we expect kids to thrive?

But YOU can change that.  You can help ensure the more kids in Sun Valley don’t have to face these challenges alone.

Your compassion can make up for the things they’re missing. You can make sure they have healthy meals and warm socks to wear. You can give them access to tutoring, a safe space to play outside, and guidance from safe trusted adults.  Things that kids in better-off neighborhoods never have to question. You can give them the chance to just be kids. To learn, grow, and dream without the weight of these worries constantly on their shoulders.
