Hearts & Horses has been changing lives for people with disabilities since 1997.  They offer diverse programming to meet the needs of a huge cross-section of the Northern Colorado community, including children and adults with physical and cognitive impairments, youth at-risk, individuals with Alzheimer's, and Veterans.
