Broken Shovels Farm Sanctuary rescues animals. Most of them are either feathered or four-legged (missing limbs notwithstanding), but there are a few humans on the rescue list too, including yours truly. Broken Shovels saved me at the darkest time of my life, and I give what I can, including over 700 hours of unpaid work this year.
