Help Feed 1,000+ Rescued Animals — We Need Space to Grow!

Every day, more than 1,000 rescued lions, tigers, bears, and wolves rely on us for their survival. To keep these majestic animals healthy, The Wild Animal Sanctuary processes a staggering 110,000 pounds of fresh food every week. But right now, we are facing a critical bottleneck.

Our current Nutrition Center, built years ago for a much smaller sanctuary, is now overcrowded and outdated. We are literally bursting at the seams. To meet the daily challenge of feeding so many hungry mouths, we urgently need to build a new, state-of-the-art Food Processing Facility.

This new facility will feature:

• Large Drive-In Refrigeration: Ensuring thousands of pounds of donated meat and produce stay fresh and never go to waste.

• Expanded Prep Zones: Giving our dedicated staff and volunteers the space they need to prepare hundreds of specialized diets safely and efficiently.

• Rapid Sorting Capabilities: Allowing us to process massive food deliveries in a fraction of the time.

• Large Drive-In Freezers: Which will help us to receive semi-truckloads of donated meats and other valuable food products when they are randomly offered on a time sensative basis.
