Project Protect Food Systems Workers

Project Protect Food Systems Workers is dedicated to elevating and addressing the needs of people who contribute their labor to all parts of the food system. This coalition of immigrants, farmers, scholars, activists, promotoras, and workers strives to ensure these essential workers receive adequate protection from hazardous conditions and appropriate compensation for the critical labor they perform. We address longstanding forms of marginalization that undermine food security and cannot be tolerated in a society that aspires to liberty and justice for all.
