As the Office Manager, I am fortunate to be at the front desk, at the center of many of our daily operations. Over my 4 years at FRIENDS, I've witnessed how our programs promote independence, choice and control in many different ways both at FRIENDS and in the community. 

FRIENDS’ role is being there long-term for our participants, which does not always mean we will see a difference being made right away. However, it does mean that an even larger difference will be made, sometimes years down the road-an impact not only in the lives of participants, but on families, providers, and the community.

Our programs are primarily funded by Medicaid, which covers approximately 70-80% of actual costs. We fundraise in order to cover the remainder.
