Help Us Feed Our Community!
FoCo Cafe's mission is to nourish our community by providing healthy, delicious meals to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay with money. Using mostly local and organic ingredients, we create meals that not only fill the stomach but also warm the heart.
As Fort Collins' first nonprofit restaurant, FoCo Cafe operates on a pay-what-you-can model. Patrons decide their meal price, contributing what they can. If funds are tight, you can volunteer your time or talent (including music artists) in exchange for a hearty meal. This unique approach ensures everyone gets to enjoy fresh, nutritious food, supported by the kindness of our community.
By raising only $50, we can serve 10 meals to those in need. Your contribution helps us build a healthier, more connected community, where everyone is valued and no one goes hungry.
Support our mission and make a difference today!
It is the intent of the FoCo Cafe to build a healthy community, and we have built our concept on the following values:
- Every human innately has dignity and should be treated as such.
- Every duty, volunteer or otherwise, has value.
- Participating in a community nourishes the soul.
- Everyone deserves to eat nutritional food.
- All people need a hand-up at some point(s) in their lives.
