Learn. Earn. Rise.

Bilingual | Path to Employment | Community-Centered

Give someone more than a skill give them a second chance.

Every donation to Skilled and Ready helps transform lives through accessible, culturally-rooted workforce training. Our program opens doors for immigrants, single parents, young adults, and underserved communities to earn real certifications in just weeks—setting them on a path to employment, entrepreneurship, and emotional healing.

We train futures. You help fund them.

Your support provides:

✅ Short, hands-on trainings (Barista, Balloon Designer & more)

✅ Bilingual instruction (English/Español)

✅ Job placement + tools for entrepreneurship

✅ Mental health and emotional resilience workshops

✅ Full or partial scholarships for those who need it most

“You are not behind, you are becoming”

Why It Matters

Many participants come to us carrying more than just unemployment—they carry trauma, isolation, and the burden of starting over. Our trauma-informed model integrates emotional intelligence and healing tools into every step of learning, ensuring students aren’t just job-ready… they’re life-ready.

“This is learning that heals. This is training that transforms.”

💛Serving Colorado’s Heartbeat💛
