For my birthday this year, I don’t want gifts — I want to give back.
September is Suicide Awareness Month, and I’m raising funds for Second Wind Fund, a Denver nonprofit that connects at-risk youth with licensed therapists and covers the cost of life-saving care.
My goal is $500 by the end of September. Even $10 helps pay towards a session a young person might not otherwise get but desperately need and deserve.
