Behind every event, class, and gathering are people: artists, volunteers, educators, and neighbors. The Mancos Creative District exists to support those people and keep that spirit strong.

From BurroFest and the Mancos Art Market to youth arts opportunities and new life at the historic Opera House, we’re building creative experiences that belong to all of us.

The creative life we enjoy in Mancos doesn't happen on its own. It takes dedicated people, thoughtful planning, strong partnerships, and the generosity of our community. Every young person deserves opportunities to explore their imagination, discover their talents, and express themselves. Your gift supports a range of youth arts experiences, creative learning opportunities, and scholarships that make participation more accessible.

Mancos Opera House Programming— Bring new life to a historic gathering place

Your gift supports the Mancos Creative District’s work to develop arts programming, community partnerships, and operational capacity for this treasured gathering place. It does not fund building acquisition or capital renovations. Gifts of $250 or more designated to the Opera House qualify for a 25% Colorado state income tax credit through the Enterprise Zone program, including qualifying gifts made through Colorado Gives.
