Back to School Supply Drive

The Mapleton Education Foundation hosts an annual school supply drive for Mapleton Public School students in need. With 60% of MPS students living at or below the poverty level, starting off the year with school supplies already provided is a tremendous relief for struggling families.

Last year, nearly 700 backpacks containing basic school supplies were distributed to students and we anticipate an increased demand due to economic hardship related to COVID-19.

Because of necessary safety measures due to the pandemic, the Mapleton Education Foundation will not be accepting in-kind contributions of supplies; however, we are asking for financial contributions that will allow us to purchase supplies in bulk and deliver directly to the schools. 100% of your donation goes directly to purchase school supplies!
