Outreach Fort Collins

Outreach Fort Collins is a professionally staffed, on-the-street team who builds relationships with vulnerable individuals, community members, service providers, businesses, and city services as a means to address and de-escalate disruptive behaviors downtown.

Since 2016, Outreach Fort Collins has followed a steady path of growth, gradually adding staff, extending on call hours, and expanding our coverage area. This growth has equipped OFC to maintain a consistent outreach presence and provide higher level client case management, supporting individuals as they work to resolve their homelessness. Throughout, OFC has earned trust from the community and from the clients we work with.
