The Learning Council is an educational hub for the North Fork Valley, building community through collaboration with other nonprofits, businesses, government agencies, and individuals, to offer life-enhancing resources to everyone.

Currently, TLC provides educational opportunities to people of all ages and abilities with a focus on offering nourishment to the community through food, music, arts, agriculture, wellness, and stewarding the environment. TLC offers classes as a Gift to our community. The Gift model allows all who are interested to participate without financial restrictions and also the opportunity for community members to share their gifts and give back.
The Learning Council is invested in building on the values of loving kindness, compassion, strength in unity, diversity, care for our rural and natural environment, connection, harmony, a thriving local economy, maintaining traditions and heritage, freedom, independence and accountability.
TLC is a vibrant member of our valley's Creative District, contributing to the arts and culture of our community.
Recently, TLC has been focusing on uplifting inclusivity, equity and diversity in our region, creating a welcoming and safe space for everyone to learn and grow.
