Too many Red Rocks students face a daily reality that makes learning difficult: not knowing where their next meal will come from. 

Recent student surveys revealed that:

• 11.5% of students sometimes or often do not get enough to eat

• 21.6% report someone in their household eats less than they should at least once a month

• 10.9% say someone in their household goes a whole day without eating due to lack of resources

Thanks to our partnership with Food Bank of the Rockies, the RRCC Food Pantry is open five days a week. The pantry provides free, essential groceries to any student who needs them.
