Giving Activity

Mission

RMCP builds connection and belonging to strengthen communities and prevent suicide. We create spaces where every person feels valued, supported, and never alone.

Background Statement

In 2025, RMCP enhanced its evidence-based program to provide follow-up support for individuals navigating vulnerable transition points—such as after a suicide-related hospital discharge, reintegration from the corrections system, or completion of an inpatient substance use program.

Founded in 2010, Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners is a Colorado-based 501(c)3 created to provide crisis support to individuals and communities in Colorado.

From 2010 to 2024, RMCP served as the front door to Colorado’s comprehensive crisis system, building the statewide infrastructure from the ground up. During this time, RMCP pioneered several innovative programs, including a hospital follow-up initiative, a cutting-edge peer support network, an effective mobile dispatch service, and our flagship crisis line.

Proud of our Colorado roots, RMCP is now leveraging its proven experience to partner with communities and organizations nationwide to advance crisis care.
