The mission of PEER Kindness is to work in partnership with schools, businesses/community leaders, families, and youth to reduce bullying and to foster a PEER (Positive, Encouraging, Empathetic, and Respectful) stance.
PEER Kindness focuses on raising awareness about bullying behaviors among school-aged youth, preventing bullying through education, supporting children experiencing the bullying circle through intervention strategies, and teaching youth to be active participants in creating more positive and inclusive environments where they gather. We also support educators through professional development, using the Colorado Bullying Prevention and Education Best Practices Model Policy as the primary framework.
