• A teen can find belonging and purpose while learning to plant, harvest, and make medicinal teas with healing herbs while building real skills, confidence, and a sense of belonging, instead of turning to screens or substances.

• An adult who is in addiction recovery explores how the earth, like humans can be renewed and heal with nurturing, connection, and support. 

• A college student who is struggling with anxiety and depression can attend nature based group therapy and find grounding in the farm’s daily chore rhythms or caring for the animals and the gardens.
