Colorado Gives Day 2025

Be the reason justice isn’t just for the wealthy.
Every day in Colorado, families are evicted without cause, survivors of violence are left unheard, and seniors lose access to essential benefits — not because they lack courage, but because they lack counsel. The Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado exists to change that. When you give, you’re not just donating — you’re defending someone’s right to be heard. You become part of a community that believes justice should never depend on a paycheck. Our mission is simple: to ensure that every Coloradan, regardless of income, has equal access to civil justice. Through your support, Colorado Legal Service’s network of legal aid attorneys helps thousands of people stand up for their homes, their safety, and their families.
Why your help matters.
Every donation helps…
You can be a miracle worker for someone who needs hope today.
Our country rightfully takes great pride that its courts are open equally to all. But if you cannot afford a lawyer, the courthouse doors may as well be locked. Fortunately, the Legal Aid Foundation has helped ensure that free civil legal services are available to low-income Coloradans for over 40 years.
The Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado promotes equal access to justice by raising funds to provide civil legal services for low-income people in the state of Colorado. The Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado raises money for Colorado Legal Services (CLS), Colorado’s statewide Legal Aid program. CLS is the only agency in the state that provides free legal services in civil cases to clients who could not otherwise afford them in every Colorado county through a network of offices all over the state.
