We are so glad you are here! We just celebrated 6 full years of operations and are looking forward to seeing what God has planned in the next 6! We are a Christian-based nonprofit that loves people the way Jesus would if he were driving a taco truck! We serve restaurant-quality food with huge portions of love and dignity to people who feel broken and left behind. We have found that people in all stages of life sometimes need some extra love and we use a team of 500+ volunteers to serve them. We would invite you to come out and see an event, serve a few tacos and love people through their circumstances. Then decide if you would like to help!
Kitchen One for One is a nonprofit food truck dedicated to serving our neighbors in need.
Started by a couple of friends from a local church, Kitchen One for One began with the vision of providing food for the homeless. A FedEx truck was repurposed into a food truck and in 2017, the vision was realized when they served outside the Denver Rescue Mission. Today, we partner with other individuals, organizations, churches, and fellow nonprofits to support the under-served members of our communities with quality meals. Tacos are the currency we use to connect with neighbors facing difficult life circumstances, sending the message that they are valued members of our communities.
