The Impact Finance Center’s is focused on accelerating the flow of capital for social and environmental good through impact investing. We connect and educate individuals, foundations, and institutions to unlock the power of their investments for transformative change.
Every donation fuels our work to create a more inclusive, equitable economy — expanding access to innovative tools, research, and resources that empower people to invest with purpose. Together, we can shift billions of dollars to benefit communities and the planet for generations to come.
Impact Finance Center's mission is to identify, educate, and activate impact investors, develop the replicable and scalable community infrastructure for them to learn, connect, and invest, and unlock full spectrum, catalytic capital to benefit people and the planet.
Impact Finance Center (IFC) is a nonprofit academic center founded in 2012 to accelerate the flow of capital to social and environmental good. Much like startup accelerators, IFC identifies, educates, and activates individuals and organizations to become effective impact investors. Our flagship initiative, CO Impact Days and the Impact Investing Institute, launched in 2015, helped catalyze over $260 million in direct impact investments and built the nation’s first statewide marketplace for impact investing. Through over 170 presentations and courses reaching more than 5,000 participants, we are laying the foundation for a National Impact Investing Marketplace — creating new pathways for people to align their investments with their values and drive lasting change.
