CO4UHC imagines health care justice for all. We the people need health care, and when we work together, the people have the collective power!
Seventy-two countries have universal health care (UHC), and people LOVE their health care. Why not US? At least 20 other states are also pushing to bring universal health care to their residents. Colorado can lead the way to show that one nonprofit way to pay for everyone’s health care leads to health care justice for all.
One health care plan with access to all health care providers (no narrow networks) across the state is possible, will save lives, save money, and save us all from weaponized administrivia. Let’s transform our majority public support into political power!
The Colorado Foundation for Universal Health Care (CO4UHC) has been advocating for a socially just health care system that meets the needs of all Coloradans since 2011. We’ve achieved many milestones and we look forward to reaching even more with your support.
Especially timely, we must build on the SB 25-045 Health Care Payment System Analysis Act report due this December, 2026. It will explore and document the feasibility of a single, public, nonprofit way to pay for better health care for every Coloradan. Help us follow the evidence for what works for us all.
