About Colorado Christian Services

Colorado Christian Services is a state-licensed, nonprofit child placement agency. Since 1963, Colorado Christian Services has placed nearly 1,200 children into their forever homes and have counseled and supported over 6,500 women in unplanned pregnancies. CCS is committed to being a leader in the field of counseling and adoption because of our dedication to strengthening families with an emphasis on Christian values as well as respecting the dignity and worth of all individuals.

Mission

Colorado Christian Services comes alongside women in unplanned pregnancies and Christian adoptive couples, in building families through caring, experienced and professional adoption planning services.

CCS Programs

• Expectant Parent Services
  When a woman faces an unplanned pregnancy, she deserves a safe place to turn. We are often that first call.  Whether she has just discovered she is pregnant and feels overwhelmed and afraid, or she just delivered her baby and wants to explore making an adoption plan, we are here to lovingly walk with her through every step of the way. We meet each woman exactly where she’s at, so she never has to navigate this journey alone. Our Expectant Parent Services include: compassionate and non-judgmental options counseling as she explores all aspects of both parenting and adoption; access to medical care and transportation to and from important prenatal appointments; and, help meeting her most basic needs – community resource referrals, housing, food and even maternity clothing. We are there to listen and support her as she makes decisions that she believes are best for her and her unborn child – with hope, confidence and clarity.  All of our services are free and confidential, whether she chooses to parent or place her child for adoption. We continue to be there for as long as she wishes.
• Community Resource Room
   It may look like a simple room filled with clothes and toys…or a place where diapers are given out. But it’s so much more than that. It’s a place where struggling families are reminded of God’s provision and treated with love and dignity. Our Community Resource Room is a boutique-style shop that is open to our clients as well as the general public at no cost to them. Every visit provides a quiet reminder that someone cares and the reassurance that they are not alone.
• Adoptive Family Service
  We are a source of hope for Christian couples who have walked the painful road of infertility. Through this program, we guide families through the entire adoption journey - from completing paperwork and the homestudy, to the moment when unite these chosen parents with their baby and beyond.
